All variations that use just Everest chicken masala + olive oil + chicken
Everest Masala Chicken Breast
Place breast on foil in the airfryer basket
Drizzle ~1 tsp olive oil over the top
Sprinkle Everest chicken masala generously on upper side
Airfry at 180°C for 20 minutes
Throw away the foil → basket stays almost clean
Soft & Juicy Version
Airfry at 165°C for 24–26 minutes instead
Let it rest 5–10 minutes → extra soft and juicy
Frozen Chicken Breast
❄️ Frozen
Take breast straight from freezer, no thawing
Place on foil in the basket
Drizzle thin line of olive oil across the top
Coat with Everest chicken masala (sticks as it thaws)
Airfry at 180°C for 25 minutes
Soft & Juicy Version (From Frozen)
Airfry at 165°C for 28–30 minutes instead
Rest 5–10 minutes before cutting → stays tender
Masala Drumsticks
Lay drumsticks on foil, leaving space between them
Drizzle a little olive oil over each drumstick
Sprinkle Everest chicken masala all over (top side is fine)
Airfry at 190°C for 25 minutes
Soft & Juicy Drumsticks Version
Airfry at 165°C for 27–30 minutes instead
Let rest 5–10 minutes so juices settle → very soft
Frozen Drumsticks

Put frozen drumsticks directly onto foil
Add light drizzle of olive oil over the top
Sprinkle Everest chicken masala (some will fall off, okay)
Airfry at 190°C for 30 minutes
They release water → foil saves cleanup
Soft & Juicy From Frozen
Airfry at 165°C for 32–35 minutes instead
Rest 5–10 minutes before eating for softer meat

These work with plain chicken, sauces, or basic ingredients you probably already have
Ultra-Lazy Plain Chicken
Drop a whole chicken breast into the airfryer (foil optional)
Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes. No seasoning, no flipping
Safely cooked, lowest effort possible
Soft Version
Cook at 170°C for 22–24 minutes instead
Let it sit 5–10 minutes before eating → stays juicy
Spicy Lazy Chicken

Place breast in basket
Squeeze hot sauce on top (no spreading)
Airfry at 180°C for 20 minutes
Soft & Spicy Version
Airfry at 170°C for 22–24 minutes instead
Rest 5–10 minutes so it doesn't feel dry
Juicy Lazy Chicken
Put breast on foil
Add ~1 tbsp mayo / yogurt / olive oil on top as a blob
Airfry at 170°C for 25 minutes → very juicy
Extra-Soft Option
Cook at 165°C for 27–28 minutes for shreddable chicken

Add a spoon of mayo or drizzle of olive oil
Add hot sauce right on that

Cook breast at 170°C for ~28 minutes (plain or with masala)
Shred using a fork directly on the foil in the basket
Use in wraps, rice bowls, sandwiches

Cook at 165°C for about 30 minutes for super easy shredding

Tear into bite-sized chunks by hand once cooled a bit
